I can only imagine how scared you and your family must be right now believe me I've been through this many times so I feel for you.. I saw your comment on my blog and I pray that Allah (swt) keep you and your family safe and protected as you leave.
I lived in Florida for 14 years and have been through many of these (it was one of 2 major reasons that I moved finally Al-Hamdulillah) I've seen seen my mothers old home leveled during Andrew; My parents and I were evacuated a few times and had to deal with the end result of suffering through the aftermath; and we had serious roofing damage that really shouldn't have been roofing damage but turned into it and overall just an OH MY.
